Description of Service
AniWait is an anime tracking platform that allows users to track their anime watchlist, create tier-based rankings, monitor episode progress, and discover new anime. The service aggregates anime information from third-party APIs including MyAnimeList (via Jikan), AniList, and other sources.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
- Tracking your personal anime watchlist and progress
- Creating and sharing anime rankings
- Discovering new anime through our platform
- Any other lawful use of the service
Prohibited Use
- Illegal activities or content that violates any laws
- Harassment, abuse, or hate speech in any form
- Spam or automated abuse of the service
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or harm the service
- Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
- Scraping or bulk data extraction without permission
- Commercial use of the service without authorization
Third-Party Content and Data
Important Notice
Anime information displayed on AniWait is sourced from third-party APIs (MyAnimeList, AniList, and others). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
- Anime titles, descriptions, images, and metadata belong to their respective owners
- We are not affiliated with any anime studios, distributors, or streaming services
- Episode air dates and schedules are provided for informational purposes only
- We are not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party data
Intellectual Property
- The AniWait platform, design, and code are our intellectual property
- User-generated content (rankings, notes) remains owned by the user
- By using the service, you grant us a license to display your public content
- All anime-related content and trademarks belong to their respective owners
Service Availability
- The service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Features may change, be modified, or removed at our discretion
- Third-party API availability affects our service functionality
